Cecilie Strange er vokset op i et musikalsk hjem og hun begyndte at spille saxofon allerede som 12 rig. Strange har studeret musik i Odense, under den anerkendte jazzsaxofonist Hans Ulrik, og i New York, under stjernesaxofonisten Chris Cheek, og hendes dybe og soulfulde tenorlyd har vundet anerkendelse i bde ind og udland. Hun har hidtil udgivet to soloalbums og hendes tredje soloalbum, "Blikan", udkommer d. 16. april, 2021
